Credit Card Required to Reserve

A credit card is required to reserve your appointment. This is kept securely on file to allow for seamless payment following your visit and to support our clinic scheduling policies.

Cancellation Policy

We kindly ask for a minimum of 24 hours’ notice should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us the opportunity to offer your appointment time to another client.

Appointments cancelled within 24 hours, missed appointments, or arrivals more than 15 minutes late may be subject to a $60.00 fee charged to the card on file.

Repeated missed appointments or late cancellations may limit access to online booking in the future.
